The CTM series units are available in 5 models and 16 modular sections with air flow ranges varying from 4.500 m3/h up to 28.000 m3/h. They are designed for industrial and civil buildings, for thermo-ventilation and air conditioning. CTM units have PLUG-FAN and respective Inverter to guarantee the maximum flexibility of the units even thanks to a large choice of modular sections.
The structure is made of extruded aluminum profiles and nylon angle bars.
The panels are of the sandwich type (25-mm thick) with galvanized sheet double walls pre-painted on the outside and thermal insulation in high density polyurethane foam (40 Kg/m³), fastened on the structure by means of an aluminum snap-in locking system.
The fan section is equipped with a centrifugal plug fan, flexible coupling, 4 spring supports, inverter with noise filter and a water proof IP66 remote keypad on panel section.
The Cu/Al pull-out coils for thermal exchange are designed for hot and chilled water. For heating operations a 3-row coil is available, while with cooling operation of one, two or three 3-row coils can be combined. The electric heating coil is of the tubular shielded element type with spiral fins made of galvanized steel and also equipped with safety thermostat switch with automatic resetting. Power supply 400/3/50 Hz, 3 stages. The droplet eliminators used in the cold coils plenum are made of PVC.
The condensation tray, for the version with cooling coils, is located behind the paneling and it is made of properly insulated galvanized metal sheet.

The supporting legs are made of aluminum, 100-mm high.
Inspection doors with handles are fastened by means of a panel locking system. The hydraulic connections and inspection doors can either be on the right hand side or on the left hand one and must be specified at the order.
The inverter with which the fan sections are equipped as standard allows the fan performance to be changed on the basis of the air flow range and pressure requirements. This ensures a high flexibility of use and, thanks to the PID control it is fitted with, it automatically adjusts to possible changes in the conditions of use, such as for example, the increase in load drops due to the filters becoming progressively dirty. A control keypad is installed together with the inverter onboard the machine, to monitor and change all the main operating parameters. The input data necessary to calibrate the inverter (i.e. the rotation speed or the corresponding working frequency) must be entered, on demand, directly at the factory by using the programming keypad, and reported in configurator. This data can be retrieved manually by consulting the curves of the fans on technical book, or automatically, in case the units are selected through the configuration software.
